Your first consultation is complimentary and lasts 60 minutes. We combine Visia diagnosis (3D facial analysis), a detailed conversation about your goals and medical history, and an honest recommendation about what's right (and what's not) for your specific case. We never sell treatments you don't need.
Most of our treatments are minimally uncomfortable. We apply next-generation topical anesthesia before botox, fillers, threads, PRP, and microneedling. Laser hair removal with Soprano Titanium is virtually painless. For more extensive procedures, we offer conscious sedation.
It depends on the procedure. Treatments like Hydrafacial, IPL, HIFU, or mesotherapy require no downtime—you can resume activities immediately. For botox, fillers, and thread lifts, we recommend 24-72 hours of specific care. Fractional CO₂ requires 5-7 days. We always provide a detailed recovery protocol.
There is no "right" age—there are correct diagnoses. We see patients from age 22 for preventive protocols (Hydrafacial, gentle peels, acne) through 70+ for revitalization programs. Modern aesthetic medicine is about maintaining your skin's health at every stage.
Yes. We offer direct financing in 6 to 24 interest-free installments via credit card, Mach, Tenpo, and direct transfer. Our annual AURÉLIA Club memberships offer better rates per session and flexible payment options.
Purely aesthetic treatments typically aren't covered by insurance, but we issue electronic invoices for tax deductions. For medical-therapeutic procedures (melasma treatment, severe acne, scars), we work with partial reimbursement from Consalud, Colmena, Banmédica, Nueva Masvida, and Vida Tres.
